Dehradun, 30 October 2026: The National Commission for Women (NCW) has started a dialogue programme in Dehradun to involve young people in conversations about women’s issues. The programme runs for two days, 30 and 31 October.
Purpose
The aim is to listen to young people directly and spread awareness about women’s rights, safety and equality. Such dialogue programmes usually bring together students, young professionals and officials on one platform.
